On February 10, 2022, the General Administration of Customs took emergency preventive measures against 2 Vietnamese companies, due to the positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 in 4 samples of 3 batches of frozen Basa catfish from Vietnam. The national customs suspended the acceptance of a Vietnamese aquatic product companies GEPIMEX 404 COMPANY (Registered numbers is DL 77) import declaration for 1 week from February 10, 2022, suspended the acceptance of a Vietnamese aquatic product company Cuu Long fish joint stock company (CL-FISH CORP.) (Registered number: DL 370) import declaration for 2 weeks from February 10, 2022. Product declaration will resume automatically after expiration.
